Pistachio Holiday Popcorn

1 bag microwave buttered popcorn, popped

1 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup red & green candy coated chocolate pieces

3 strawberry fruit leathers

1 cup freeze-dried strawberry slices

1 cup roasted & salted pistachios

Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Cut fruit leather into 1/4 inch strips and twist around a skewer to make ribbons
Melt chocolate chips in microwave, 30 second intervals, stirring in between
Spread popcorn in an even layer on baking sheet
Drizzle with melted chocolate
Sprinkle with pistachios and freeze-dried strawberries
Top with fruit leather ribbons and red & green candies
